Delete your Acumen AI account

You can ask us to delete your Acumen AI account and the personal data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete it in the app

  1. Log in to the Acumen AI app.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm when asked.

Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer use the app, email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account. Use the subject line Acumen AI account deletion request.

We may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account details: name, email address, medical licence number and password.
  • The patient notes and consultation transcripts you created in the app.
  • Letterhead PDFs and the signature image you saved.

What is kept

Nothing. Once your account is deleted, all of the data above is removed and we do not keep a copy. Our Privacy Policy explains this in section 11.
